How it works

From inquiry to port, in six steps.

Specification, quotation, samples and terms are settled with you before production begins.

  1. 01

    Inquiry received

You share product specifications, quantity, material and destination port.

  2. 02

    Supplier sourcing

We approach manufacturers that appear to match your specification and export history.

  3. 03

    Quotation

You receive a clear FOB or EXW quotation: factory pricing plus our margin.

  4. 04

    Negotiation

Specification, quantity, lead time and Incoterms are finalised with you.

  5. 05

    Payment structuring

Terms such as L/C, advance-plus-balance or escrow are agreed before production starts.

  6. 06

    Shipment

Production is inspected, documented and shipped to your port of destination.

Quality approach

Inspection stages, agreed before production.

  • Pre-production

Review of approved samples, materials and specification sheets before manufacturing begins.

  • In-line checks

Optional mid-production review of units against the specification.

  • Final inspection

Pre-shipment check of quantity, packing, labelling and visible quality against agreed criteria, typically using an AQL sampling plan.

  • Loading supervision

Optional check of container loading and sealing.

Scope is defined per order. No certification or outcome is guaranteed.

Logistics and shipping

Clear terms for how your goods move.

Shipping terms decide who pays for what and who carries which risk. Quotations are normally prepared on FOB or EXW terms.

EXW (Ex Works)
The seller makes goods available at their premises; the buyer bears nearly all cost and risk from there.
FOB (Free On Board)
The seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment; the buyer takes over cost and risk from that point.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
The seller arranges carriage and minimum insurance to the destination port; risk transfers on loading.
